THE BEE'S KNEES Recipe::: 5 Ingredient Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
What you need: serves 6 1 1/2 cups quinoa 1 can black beans 1 can garbanzo beans 4 cups organic tomato sauce 6 bell peppers
What you do: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Put quinoa in a small pot with 2 cups water. Bring water and reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. 3. Rinse and drain beans and pour in a medium bowl. 4. Combine quinoa, beans, and tomato sauce in a bowl and stir. 5. Fill bell peppers with quinoa-bean filling and bake for 20 minutes.
