After a weekend--a week, a month, or maybe even a year--of over-eating, under-exercising, couch-lounging and not sleeping, you're ready for a change. Now, we all know that with any change, the beginning is the most uncomfortable part. Most importantly, you have to start somewhere. I have found success by scheduling my workouts. This means that at the beginning of every month, print out a calendar and write in your workouts. It sounds tedious but it will be the best thing you ever decide to do.
I get it. Gym memberships are expensive and your work day doesn't stop when you leave the office. But you matter. You are merely a representation of your health. Take control now.
