Move & Meditate Challenge
- 10 LIVE yoga classes + 4 LIVE meditation classes
- Monday Classes: 30-MINUTE MEDITATION & COFFEE (START THE WEEK WITH INTENTION, MEDITATION & SUPPORT FROM YOUR COMMUNITY.)
- Wednesday Classes: 45-MIN YOGA + MEDITATION (ADD MINDFULNESS TO MOVEMENT WITH 30-MIN YOGA + 15-MIN MEDITATION.)
- Friday Classes: 40-MIN STRENGTH YOGA FLOW (WAKE UP FOR THE WEEKEND WITH A SWEATY, POWER FLOW.)
- Sunday Classes: 60-MIN YOGA FLOW & RESTORE COOL DOWN WITH A SWIFT 30-MIN VINYASA FLOW FOLLOWED BY A RELAXING 3O-MIN YIN PRACTICE EVERY OTHER SUNDAY. *This will occur on 5/23 and 6/6 only*
- If you cannot make the live classes, you will have access to all of the recordings for the entire challenge.
- You will receive a calendar to keep track of your process and hold you accountable.
- Journaling prompts to start each week off with intention.
