February Yoga Challenge
- 10 LIVE vinyasa yoga classes + 2 LIVE meditation classes
- Monday Classes: Strength-building vinyasa classes
- Wednesday Classes: Flexibility-building vinyasa classes and Meditation Classes
- Friday Classes: We will incorporate strength, flexibility, and all of those poses that we used each week to create a smooth, swift flow
- If you cannot make the live classes, you will receive a recording of the class.
- You will receive a calendar to keep track of your process and hold you accountable.
- Journaling prompts to start each week off with intention.
