- 14 LIVE classes via Zoom
- Four Monday Classes: 10-minute meditation
- Four Wednesday Classes: 20-minute strength yoga class
- Four Friday Classes: 30-minute vinyasa yoga class
- Two Sunday Classes: 75-minutes combining meditation, strength, flow, and flexibility (yin-style yoga) occurring on 3/14 and 3/28
- If you cannot make the live classes, no worries! All classes will be recorded and available throughout the entire challenge.
- You will receive a calendar to keep track of your process and hold you accountable.
- Journaling prompts to start each week off with intention.
